Description

HR30T(W) Reference blocks are calibrated with a 1/16″ Carbide ball Indenter.
Major Force applied is 30kg with a pre-load of 3kg.
All blocks are supplied with a UKAS or EURO certificate.
Nominal values selected are supplied within ± 2 points. (For example if you select 69 HR30T, we will supply anything from 67 to 71 HR30T. We will always try our hardest to get as close to the nominal value as possible.)
Uniformity of Hardness Calibration Guarantee for the following values:
- 29 HR30T to 75 HR30T ≤ 1.0 HR30T
- 76 HR30T to 83 HR30T ≤ 0.7 HR30T
Uncertainty of Measurement : 20 to 50 HR30T is 0.90 HR30T, 50 to 57 HR30T is 0.66 HR30T, 57 to 85 HR30T is 0.39 HR30T.
