Description

• HRA Reference blocks are calibrated with a Standardizing Diamond Indenter.
• Major Force applied is 60kg with a pre-load of 10kg.
• All blocks are supplied with a UKAS or EURO certificate.
• Nominal values selected are supplied within ± 1 points. (For example if you select 90 HRA, we will supply anything from 91 to 92 HRA. We will always try our hardest to get as close to the nominal value as possible.)
• Uniformity of Hardness Calibration Guarantee for the following values:
  •  22 HRA to 70 HRA   ≤ 0.4 HRA
  •  71 HRA to 81 HRA    ≤ 0.3 HRA
  •  82 HRA to 92 HRA   ≤ 0.2 HRA
• Uncertainty of Measurement : 20 to 70 HRA is 0.28 HRA, 70 to 80 HRA is 0.16 HRA, 80 to 87 HRA is 0.15 HRA, 87 to 92 HRA is 0.10 HRA.
