Description

HRC Reference blocks are calibrated with a Standardizing Diamond Indenter.
Major Force applied is 150kg with a pre-load of 10kg.
All blocks are supplied with a UKAS or EURO certificate.
Nominal values selected are supplied within ± 1 points. (For example if you select 60 HRC, we will supply anything from 59 to 61 HRC. We will always try our hardest to get as close to the nominal value as possible.)
Uniformity of Hardness Calibration Guarantee for the following values:
- 20 HRC to 55 HRC ≤ 0.4 HRC
- 56 HRC to 71 HRC ≤ 0.3 HRC
Uncertainty of Measurement : 10 to 40 HRC is 0.37 HRC, 40 to 60 HRC is 0.32 HRC, 60 to 72 HRC is 0.31 HRC.
