HRD Rockwell Reference Blocks 65mm Ø x 15mm

Description

• HRD Reference blocks are calibrated with a Standardizing Diamond Indenter.
• Major Force applied is 100kg with a pre-load of 10kg.
• All blocks are supplied with a UKAS or EURO certificate.
• Nominal values selected are supplied within ± 2 points. (For example if you select 71 HRD, we will supply anything from 69 to 73 HRD. We will always try our hardest to get as close to the nominal value as possible.)
• Uniformity of Hardness Calibration Guarantee for the following values:
  •  40 HRD to 70 HRD  ≤ 0.5 HRD
  •  71 HRD to 79 HRD   ≤ 0.3 HRD
• Uncertainty of Measurement : 40 to 50 HRD is 0.27 HRD, 50 to 70 HRD is 0.25 HRD, 70 to 80 HRD is 0.17 HRD.
