Description

HRL(W) Reference blocks are calibrated with a 1/4″ Carbide ball Indenter.
Major Force applied is 60kg with a pre-load of 10kg.
All blocks are supplied with a UKAS or EURO certificate.
Nominal values selected are supplied within ± 4 points. (For example if you select 118 HRL, we will supply anything from 114 to 122 HRL. We will always try our hardest to get as close to the nominal value as possible.)
Uniformity of Hardness Calibration Guarantee for the following values:
- 96 HRL to 123 HRL ≤ 0.5 HRL
Uncertainty of Measurement : 90 to 123 HRL is 0.35 HRL.
