Description

• HRV(W) Reference blocks are calibrated with a 1/2″ Carbide ball Indenter.
• Major Force applied is 150kg with a pre-load of 10kg.
• All blocks are supplied with a UKAS or EURO certificate.
• Nominal values selected are supplied within ± 4 points. (For example if you select 109 HRV, we will supply anything from 105 to 113 HRV. We will always try our hardest to get as close to the nominal value as possible.)
• Uniformity of Hardness Calibration Guarantee for the following values:
  •  84 HRV to 120 HRV ≤ 0.5 HRV
• Uncertainty of Measurement : 80 to 104 HRV is 0.61 HRV, 104 to 120 HRV is 0.20 HRV.
